Happy Birthday Norty!
Since Lila didn't know who Norty had a crush on, she couldn't plan a day for two for his Birthday.
So instead she invited all the girls (and Bingo) important to Norty to a picnic. That way Norty was sure to spend time with the person he has a crush on.

(Bingo is wearing a bigger and even sillier hat than Norty)
